The Bambu Lab H2D Pro is the enterprise version of the popular H2D 3D printer, designed specifically for companies, research institutions, and educational organizations that require the highest security standards and reliability. The H2D Pro positions itself as a professional solution for demanding production environments.

The H2D Pro comes standard with a non-laser version and does not include the laser module or blade cutting module. However, it supports upgrades for laser modules and blade-cutting modules. If you need to upgrade the H2D Pro to the laser version, you can refer to the H2D method for upgrading.

Differences between H2D and H2D Pro

The H2D Pro version offers several key improvements over the standard H2D:

Nozzle Material: H2D uses hardened steel nozzles, while the H2D Pro features highly durable tungsten carbide for longer lifespan and greater precision.

Active flaps control internal/external airflow based on filament type, preventing low-temp clogs, reducing high-temp warping, improving layer bonding, and fully leveraging each material's strengths.

Improving high-temperature reliability

A new high-performance fan integrated into the toolhead front cover effectively cools the extruder and hotend heatsink. This intelligent temperature control mitigates potential clogging and filament jaming in challenging environments, enabling a 3°C increase in the recommended printer operating temperature.

Tungsten Carbide Super Durable Nozzle

With HRA 90 compared to hardened steel's 74, the H2D Pro's tungsten carbide nozzle provides exceptional wear resistance. This results in a 50% increase in lifespan when printing abrasive, high-performance fiber-reinforced filaments.

50μm ultra-fine motion accuracy
