HITBOT Cobot Gripper Z-EFG-130
The HITBOT Z-EFG-130 is a high-performance electric two-finger parallel gripper designed for collaborative robots and industrial automation. Featuring a 120 mm adjustable stroke and an adjustable gripping force from 40 to 130 N, it offers exceptional flexibility for handling a wide variety of components, from delicate electronic parts to larger workpieces.
With a repeatability of ±0.02 mm, the gripper delivers the precision required for demanding pick-and-place, assembly, inspection, and laboratory automation tasks. Its adaptive gripping mechanism enables secure handling of fragile, deformable, spherical, and irregularly shaped objects without causing damage.
The integrated servo drive eliminates the need for pneumatic components such as compressors, air valves, or external actuators, simplifying installation while reducing maintenance requirements and operating costs.
The Z-EFG-130 communicates via Modbus and also supports digital I/O, allowing seamless integration into PLC-controlled automation systems and collaborative robot platforms. Its compact design makes it easy to install even in space-constrained workcells.
