HITBOT Cobot Gripper Z-ERG-20-100 for Fairino
The HITBOT Z-ERG-20-100 is a high-performance electric two-finger parallel gripper with an integrated rotary axis, specifically designed for advanced automation with Fairino collaborative robots. Combining precise gripping with continuous rotation, it is ideal for applications where workpieces must be gripped, oriented, and rotated within the same operation.
The gripper features an adjustable gripping force from 30 to 100 N and a 20 mm stroke, allowing it to handle a wide variety of components. Its integrated servo motor provides continuous 360° rotation without limits, with speeds of up to 180 RPM and a maximum torque of 1.5 Nm, making it suitable for assembly, positioning, inspection, and screw-driving applications.
Unlike conventional rotary grippers, the Z-ERG-20-100 operates without a slip ring, reducing maintenance requirements while delivering a service life of tens of millions of operating cycles. The integrated controller minimizes installation space and simplifies system integration.
Communication is supported through Modbus as well as digital I/O, enabling seamless integration into PLC-controlled automation systems and collaborative robot platforms. Its compact footprint and fully electric design eliminate the need for compressed air, resulting in lower operating costs and easier deployment.
The HITBOT Z-ERG-20-100 is an excellent solution for pick-and-place, machine tending, assembly, inspection, packaging, and any application requiring simultaneous gripping and precise rotational positioning.
