The JBC NASE-2D is a powerful nano soldering and desoldering station from the JBC Premium Line, specifically designed for high-precision work on the smallest electronic components. With its nano soldering iron and nano tweezers, it allows for controlled and precise soldering and desoldering even on particularly small parts.
The JBC heating system combines a heater integrated directly into the soldering tip with intelligent temperature control. This allows the NASE-2D to reach 350 °C in just 2 seconds and quickly restore the temperature even during intensive soldering tasks. The small temperature deviation supports reproducible and gentle soldering processes.

Fast Heating and Precise Temperature Control
The heating system of the JBC NASE-2D is integrated directly into the soldering tip used. This enables efficient heat transfer and reduces thermal barriers. The intelligent control combined with the integrated sensor technology ensures very fast temperature recovery while soldering.
The station reaches 350 °C in just 2 seconds. Thanks to the rapid temperature recovery, a lower set temperature can be used without compromising the soldering result. This can help reduce thermal stress on sensitive components.
Sleep and Hibernation Function
To protect soldering tips and extend their lifespan, the NASE-2D features an intelligent Sleep and Hibernation Function. If the soldering iron is placed in the stand, the Sleep function automatically reduces the temperature of the soldering tip to 180 °C. After a longer period of inactivity, the station switches to Hibernation mode and disconnects the soldering iron's power supply.
The time until deep sleep can be set between 0 and 60 minutes. The sleep temperature can also be adjusted according to the specific application. This helps reduce unnecessary thermal stress and wear.
Long Lifespan of Soldering Tips
The intelligent heating system and automatic temperature reduction in standby mode contribute to a longer lifespan of the soldering tips. According to the manufacturer, the lifespan of the tips can increase by up to five times compared to other manufacturers' solutions.
For quick changes, the Quick Cartridge Extractor is available. This allows soldering tips to be changed quickly and easily, without needing to turn off the station beforehand.
For JBC C115 Soldering Tips Only
Important: The JBC NASE-2D is only compatible with JBC C115 soldering tips. The C115 series offers various tip shapes for different requirements in precision and nano soldering technology.
USB Interface and Robot Connection
Via the integrated USB interfaces, the NASE-2D can be connected to the JBC Open Manager Software. This allows for the recording of operational data and temperature profiles, among other things. Firmware updates can be applied through the appropriate JBC Updater Software.
Additionally, there is an RJ12 connection with RS-232 protocol for integration into automated applications. This makes the NASE-2D suitable for applications where soldering processes should be integrated into automated or robotic systems.
