The JBC RMSD-2QB is a versatile rework system that combines soldering, desoldering, and hot air processing in a modular solution. It is designed for demanding soldering and repair tasks, delivering precise, efficient, and reliable results.
The modular control unit with two channels features a capacitive multifunction display and an intuitive operating menu. Soldering profiles and working times can be programmed. Software updates are easy to perform, and the system communicates with a PC via the USB interface.
The system supports various soldering and desoldering tools with compatible stands, excluding nano and HD tools. An electric vacuum pump enables operation of compatible DR-, DS-, and DT-desoldering pencils. The JTSE hot air station regulates temperature and air flow electronically, while an integrated suction function facilitates the fixation of ICs.
Thanks to the stackable housing, the system can be set up in a space-saving manner. No external compressed air supply is required for operation. The system can operate independently; a footswitch P-005 and a stand from the RWB/S/T-A series can be connected optionally.
JBC's intelligent heat management supports rapid heat transfer, extends the life of the soldering tips, and contributes to reducing energy consumption.
