Intelligent Heat Management with Sleep & Hibernation Modes
The integrated Sleep and Hibernation functions automatically reduce the soldering tip temperature when the tool is placed in the stand. During longer periods of inactivity, the system enters hibernation mode to further reduce energy consumption and extend tip lifetime.
The sleep temperature and activation time can be individually configured through the station menu to match the requirements of different applications.
Easy Operation and Flexible Configuration
The CD-2SQF features an intuitive 7-button keyboard that allows quick and easy configuration of all important settings. More than 20 parameters can be customized to optimize the soldering process for specific applications.
The integrated cartridge holder stores up to four soldering cartridges. With the Quick Cartridge Extractor, soldering tips can be replaced quickly and safely without switching off the station.
USB and Fume Extraction Connectivity
The USB interface allows the soldering station to be connected to a PC for firmware updates, parameter configuration and temperature data recording. This enables advanced monitoring and management of the soldering process.
The RJ12 interface allows direct connection to compatible JBC fume extraction systems, helping to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
