Efficient Electric Vacuum Desoldering
The integrated MS-A electric vacuum pump provides strong and consistent suction with up to 75% vacuum (570 mmHg / 0.76 bar) and a flow rate of 9 SLPM, enabling clean solder removal from plated-through holes and fine-pitch components.
An integrated cleaning module with an anti-splash membrane keeps the vacuum system clean while extending maintenance intervals.
Intelligent Temperature Management
The CS-2F features JBC's intelligent Sleep & Hibernation functions, automatically reducing tip temperature whenever the tool is idle. This significantly extends cartridge lifetime, reduces oxidation, lowers power consumption, and improves workplace safety.
