SUNLU High-Speed PLA is a fast-printing PLA filament for modern high-speed 3D printers. It offers high flowability, neat winding and precise 1.75 mm diameter tolerance, enabling fast print profiles up to 600 mm/s depending on printer, hotend, cooling and slicer profile. The 1000 g spool is available in different colors depending on the selected variant and is ideal for rapid prototyping, design models, figurines, architectural models, accessories and fast batch printing.

PLA for fast print profiles and shorter production times

SUNLU High-Speed PLA is designed for high print speeds, stable filament feeding and consistent extrusion. It is especially useful for fast prototypes, functional samples, design models, figurines, accessories and batch production where good print quality and reduced print time are important. Thanks to the wide color range, the material can be used flexibly for technical samples, presentation models, decorative prints and color-coded parts.

High material flow for modern high-speed printers

Compared to classic PLA, High-Speed PLA is optimized for faster extrusion and higher print speeds. Its improved flowability supports consistent material output even during fast movements. This makes the filament suitable for current high-speed FDM/FFF printers, CoreXY systems, Bambu Lab setups, Klipper printers and other machines with high volumetric flow requirements.

SUNLU High-Speed PLA is a useful choice when classic PLA profiles are too slow or no longer extrude cleanly at high speeds. Thanks to its adjusted material flow, the filament can be processed more stably in fast profiles. Especially with modern printers, strong cooling and well-calibrated flow, print times can be reduced significantly.

SUNLU High-Speed PLA is especially useful when high print speed, easy processing and a broad color selection should be combined. The filament is a good fit for fast printers, AMS setups, prototyping workflows and small-series PLA parts.

Note on high-speed print profiles

Achievable print speed depends strongly on printer, hotend, nozzle, cooling, layer height, part geometry and slicer profile. If stringing, poor surface quality or under-extrusion occurs, adjust temperature, flow, cooling, acceleration and max volumetric speed.
