PMSM Servo Extruder

The PMSM servo extruder delivers a maximum extrusion force of up to 8.5 kg—70% more than its predecessor—and greatly enhances extrusion stability at high flow rates. Our proprietary servo architecture measures resistance and position at 20 kHz, actively detecting filament wear and clogs in real time.

Automatic Flow Dynamics Calibration

The P2S uses a high-resolution, high-frequency eddy current sensor to measure nozzle pressure. Intelligent algorithms actively adjust the flow rate based on these measurements, ensuring precise and consistent extrusion across every layer and corner.

AI Error Detection

The P2S features advanced AI computer vision that actively detects common print issues such as spaghetti failures and nozzle blobs. It also cross-checks your build plate type with slicer settings to ensure a safe and precise start to every print job.

Adaptive Airflow Cooling

Unlike traditional cooling systems that recirculate hot air, the P2S adaptive airflow system draws in cool air directly from outside the chamber. This greatly improves cooling efficiency, allowing smooth low-temperature filament printing even with the door closed—without compromising overhang quality or risking nozzle clogs.

Adaptive Airflow Heat Retention

The P2S features a flap-controlled adaptive airflow system that efficiently retains heat inside the chamber while actively filtering the internal air through a powerful carbon filter. This allows safe printing of demanding engineering filaments prone to warping while maintaining clean, safe air quality in your workspace.

1080P High-Frame-Rate Live View

AMS 2 Pro (optional)

Q: What is the difference between the P2S and the P2S Combo?
A: The Combo version includes the AMS 2 Pro. The standalone P2S (without AMS) does not include a filament buffer. Please be aware that the absence of the filament buffer will affect the accuracy of filament tangle detection feature. If you require a filament buffer, you can add it to your shopping cart.

Q: What materials are the P2S pre-installed extruder gears and nozzle made of?
A: Hardened steel.

Q: Does the P2S require an external power supply to use the dry filament function when connected to the AMS 2 Pro?
A: You can use the AMS 2 Pro's drying function while the entire machine is in standby, though printing-related functions will be paused during drying. If you need to dry filament while printing, you'll need to purchase a Bambu Lab official power adapter to power the AMS 2 Pro.

Q: Are the P2S buildplate and the XPA series buildplates compatible?
A: The P2S buildplate's recognition function has been optimized. Older build plates do not support the type recognition feature, but their external dimensions are consistent, so they can still be used for printing.

Q: The left side of the P2S has some mounting points. Does it support installing an auxiliary part cooling fan?
A: You can purchase an official auxiliary cooling fan for upgrading.

Q: Can the P2S use the nozzle of A1 and H2D?
A: It's compatible with H2D nozzles but not with A1 nozzles.

Q: How many AMS units can the P2S connect to at most?
A: It supports connecting to 4 AMS 2 Pro units and 4 AMS HT units, totaling 8 AMS units with 20 slots. This means it supports up to 20 color printing.

Q: Does the P2S support chamber temperature control, and how is the temperature controlled?
A: The P2S does not have an active chamber heating function, but it can regulate chamber temperature through its enclosed chamber and automatic switching flap between internal and external circulation.

Q: Why did the P2S stop using carbon rods?
A: To allow for easier maintenance. Dirt residual is much simpler to clean off the surface of a smooth rod.
