What's the difference between Expert Support and the Training Academy?
The Training Academy teaches the basics and operation through structured video tutorials. Expert Support goes deeper and more concrete: ready-made code, finished bus configurations, debugging tools and a direct line to our specialists.
Do I need programming experience?
For the setup guides and Profinet/EtherNet/IP configurations: no. For LUA scripts and SDK examples: basic knowledge helps, but the examples are commented in such a way that beginners can adapt them too.
Is the content kept up to date?
Yes. We continuously maintain the content, adapt it to new firmware versions and add material based on customer questions from ongoing projects.
