The Prusa Pro HT90 is built for modern high-performance filaments and industrial applications. With its cylindrical build area of Ø300 × 400 mm, delta kinematics, actively heated chamber and swappable print heads, it handles both fast prototyping materials and demanding polymers such as PEEK, PEKK, PPSU and PEI.

High-temperature printing with full process control

The HT90 combines an actively heated chamber up to 90 °C, a heatbed up to 155 °C and a high-temperature print head up to 500 °C. This makes it suitable for technical parts requiring high heat, chemical and mechanical resistance.

Highlights

Delta kinematics for high precision

The delta architecture moves the direct-drive toolhead via three lightweight arms while the printed part remains stationary. This enables high speeds and consistent print quality across the build area.

90 °C high-temperature chamber

The actively heated chamber improves layer adhesion and dimensional stability with demanding materials such as ABS, ASA, PA, PC, PCCF and other engineering filaments.

Two print heads included

The high-flow print head is ideal for fast prototypes and technical standard materials. The high-temperature print head enables high-performance materials up to 500 °C.

PEEK, PEKK, PPSU and PEI

With the high-temperature print head, the HT90 can produce small to medium-sized parts from high-performance polymers such as PEEK, PEKK, PPSU, PSU, PPS, PES and PEI.

Integrated HEPA and carbon filtration

The integrated recirculation system filters chamber air through HEPA and carbon filters, supporting controlled use with engineering materials.

Smart cooling with servo flap

The servo-operated high-speed flap directs airflow precisely onto the model. This helps produce clean overhangs without unnecessarily cooling the entire part.

Materials such as PEEK, PEKK, PPSU, PSU and PEI require careful filament drying, suitable print profiles, optimized part geometry and controlled process conditions. Validated material profiles and proper storage are recommended for repeatable results.
