Features

12-bit High Resolution
Die 12-Bit-Auflösung bietet verbesserte Details und reduziertes Rauschen in der Wellenform, was klarere Einblicke ermöglicht.
Reduced Noise Floor
Merely 125 μVrms at a bandwidth of 1 GHz
High Precision in DC Gain
0.5% Accuracy
Excellent User Interface and User Experience
The oscilloscope features a 10.1? display with a resolution of 1024x600, enhancing visibility and clarity. It incorporates a capacitive touch screen that supports multi-touch gestures, allowing users to quickly move or scale waveform traces with simple finger-touch movements, significantly enhancing operational efficiency. Additionally, the built-in WebServer facilitates remote control via a web page over LAN, offering flexibility in operation. Support for external mouse and keyboard further improves user interaction and convenience.
High Waveform Update Rate
The oscilloscope boasts an impressive waveform update rate of up to 200,000 waveforms per second, enabling it to effortlessly capture rare or low-probability events. When operating in Sequence mode, this capture rate can soar to 890,000 waveforms per second, further enhancing its ability to detect and analyze transient phenomena with exceptional speed and efficiency.
Deep Record Length
Utilizing a hardware-based Zoom technique and a record length of up to 400 Mpts, users can opt for a slower timebase without affecting the sample rate. This feature enables swift zooming into particular areas of interest for a closer inspection, ensuring that detailed analysis is possible without compromising on the broader view.
Multiple Trigger Functions
Edge, Slope, Pulse width, Video, Windows, Runt, Interval, Dropout, Pattern, Qualified, Nth edge, Delay, Setup/Hold time, and Serial trigger.
Zone Trigger
The Zone Trigger feature enhances advanced triggering capabilities by integrating spatial triggering with standard trigger modes. This combination allows for precise isolation of signals of interest.
Advanced Math Function
In addition to the traditional (+, -, X, /) operations, FFT, Filter, integration, differential, square root, and more are supported. Formula Editor is available for more complex operations. 4 math traces are available.
Deep Memory FFT
The FFT feature supports operations up to 4 Mpts, offering high-frequency resolution alongside a rapid refresh rate. Additionally, the FFT function accommodates a range of window functions, enabling it to adjust to various spectrum measurement demands. It offers three modes?Normal, Average, and Max Hold?to meet diverse requirements for analyzing the power spectrum. Automatic peak detection and markers are also available to enhance measurement accuracy and convenience.
Measurements of a Variety of Parameters
Parameter measurements include 4 categories: horizontal, vertical, miscellaneous, and CH delay providing a total of 50+ different types of measurements. Measurements can be performed within a specified gate period. Measurements on Math, Reference, and History frames are supported.
Parameter Statistics Function
Statistics display the current, maximum, minimum values, standard deviation, and mean value for up to 12 parameters simultaneously. Additionally, a histogram is provided to illustrate the probability distribution of a parameter. Trend and Track features are available to depict the variation of parameter values over time.
For horizontal parameters, such as the period, results are derived from an entire frame rather than calculating only the first occurrence. This approach enhances the speed of statistical analysis for horizontal measurements and facilitates the observation of distribution within a frame through Histogram and Track functionalities.
History Mode
The History function can record up to 80,000 frames of waveforms. The recording occurs automatically, enabling the user to playback the historical waveforms at any time to observe unusual events and swiftly locate the area of interest using cursors or measurements. The failed frames of the Mask Test can also be stored in the history.
Sequence Mode
The segmented memory collection stores the waveform into multiple memory segments (up to 80,000), with each segment recording a triggered waveform as well as the dead time information. The interval between segments can be as small as 1.12 μs. All segments can be played back using the History function.
Search and Navigate
The oscilloscope can search events specified by the user in a frame. Events flagged by the Search can be recalled automatically using Navigate. It can also navigate by time (delay position) and history frames.
Serial Bus Decode
Display the decoded characters through the events list. Bus protocol information can be quickly and intuitively displayed in tabular form. I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, LIN, CAN FD, FlexRay, I2S, MIL-STD-1553B, SENT, Manchester and ARINC429.
Hardware-based High-Speed Mask Test Function
The oscilloscope uses a hardware-based Mask Test function, capable of performing up to 28,000 Pass/Fail decisions per second. Generating user-defined test templates for trace mask comparisons is straightforward, making it suitable for long-term signal monitoring or automated production line testing.
Bode Plot
The oscilloscope offers the capability to control either the Siglent isolated USB AWG module or a stand-alone Siglent SDG generator. With this functionality, it can scan the amplitude and phase-frequency response of the Device Under Test (DUT) and present the data as a Bode Plot. This feature enables cost-effective alternatives to expensive network analyzers in certain applications.
