Xioneer VXL EX

Washing agent for dissolving Xioneer VXL support materials in water – ideal for post-processing complex multi-material 3D prints.

For reliable removal of VXL support material

Xioneer VXL EX was specifically developed to dissolve Xioneer VXL 70, VXL 90, VXL 111 and VXL 130 in water. The washing agent is mixed with water to create a mild alkaline solution that removes soluble support structures from complex printed parts. Especially for difficult geometries, cavities and narrow internal areas, VXL EX enables clean post-processing without relying only on mechanical support removal.

Important: Use only in a heated and circulated dissolving bath

Dissolving speed strongly depends on temperature, circulation, the amount of support material and part geometry. For reliable results, a heated and stirred dissolving bath is required.

Safety and Disposal Note

Wear suitable protective gloves, eye protection and respiratory protection when handling VXL EX. Before disposal, the solution must be neutralized; for exhausted washing solution, Xioneer recommends 5–10 g citric acid per liter. Always follow the safety data sheet and local wastewater regulations.
