Cleaner printing environment for the CORE One

The Advanced Filtration System upgrades the Prusa CORE One, CORE One+ and CORE One L with directly integrated air filtration. The module mounts to the rear air outlet of the printer and combines a HEPA filter with activated carbon granules and a high-pressure blower. This helps reduce odors, volatile organic compounds and ultrafine particles during printing.

Especially useful for ASA, ABS and engineering materials

Depending on the material, FFF/FDM printing can generate odors, fumes and ultrafine particles. The Advanced Filtration System is especially useful when ASA or other engineering materials are printed regularly. It improves air handling inside the enclosed CORE One system and supports a more professional setup in workshops, offices, schools, labs or production environments.

The Advanced Filtration System combines a high-efficiency HEPA filter with activated carbon granules. The HEPA filter targets ultrafine particles, while the activated carbon helps reduce odors and fumes. The high-pressure blower actively moves air through the filtration module.

Mounted to the rear air outlet of the CORE One

The filtration system is not placed loosely next to the printer. It mounts directly to the rear air outlet of the Prusa CORE One. The fans are controlled by the printer firmware, allowing the module to integrate cleanly into normal printer operation. The HEPA filter is a replaceable wear part.
