Description
The Siglent SPD1000X series of programmable linear DC power supplies feature high current/voltage resolution of 1mV/1mA and a 4-wire sense input for precise and stable voltage output, even with long wiring or high-resistance connections. A 2.8" color display and USB/LAN interfaces are available as standard
Additional fatures comprise a real time waveform display and remote computer control capability. The SPD1168X features a single output up to 16/8A, whereas the SPD1305X delivers up to 30V/5A. Extensive output short-citcuit and overload protection make the SPD1000X series the ideal choice for production and development applications.

Features
High-resolution output with 4-wire sense input
The SPD1000X series features a high measurement resolution of 1mV/1mA. The Sense input allows high voltage stability directly at the load. The voltage drop on cables and connectors can be compensated automatically.
Low ripple and noise
Stable and reliable: ripple and noise ≤ 350 µVrms / 3 mVpp in CV mode and < 2 mArms in CC mode.
Fast transient response
High voltage stability also with fast changing loads.
Low voltage overshoot
Settling without voltage overshoot when enabling the output.
Precise load and line regulation
Tight specification of 0.01% load regulation and 0.2% line regulation.
Panel timing output
Through front panel operation, multiple groups of timing settings and output control can be displayed and adjusted. This allows easy on-screen programming of output sequences.
Real time waveform display
The SPD1000X series supports real-time waveform display and advanced timer functionality.
Save/Recall setting parameters
Up to 5 groups of setting parameters can be saved to and recalled from internal storage for quick access to repeatedly used settings.
EasyPower software
The SPD1000X series can be controlled with the free Siglent EasyPower PC software via USB and LAN interface.
