Jodell RG75-300 Cobot Gripper for Fairino
The Jodell RG75-300 is a powerful electric parallel gripper designed for Fairino cobots and industrial automation applications. With an adjustable gripping force of 40 to 300 N per finger and a stroke of up to 75 mm, the gripper enables reliable handling of a wide range of workpieces – from machine tending and pick and place to assembly applications.
Thanks to its high repeatability of ±0.02 mm, Modbus RTU communication via RS485 and robust IP65 protection, the RG75-300 can be precisely integrated into automated processes. High Gripping Force for Demanding Applications
The RG75-300 provides an adjustable gripping force of 40 to 300 N per finger. This allows the gripping force to be adapted to different workpieces and applications. With a stroke of up to 75 mm, the gripper can accommodate a wide range of workpiece sizes.
With a recommended maximum payload of 6 kg, the RG75-300 is also suitable for handling heavier components. Its opening and closing time of just 0.55 seconds supports short cycle times in automated production processes.
Reliable and Safe Workpiece Handling
For applications where preventing workpiece loss is essential, the RG75-300 combines drop detection with a self-locking drive. The integrated drop detection reports when a workpiece is unexpectedly released.
The self-locking mechanism keeps the gripper fingers in position even in the event of a power failure. This allows the workpiece to remain securely gripped and prevents it from dropping solely due to a loss of power.
Easy Integration with Fairino Robots
Communication is handled via Modbus RTU over RS485. This enables the RG75-300 to be integrated into automated systems and control architectures and configured for different gripping tasks.
