The SUNLU FilaDryer S4 is a large multi-spool filament dryer for up to four 1 kg spools at the same time. With a 35–70 °C temperature range, PTC heating, three-fan system, even temperature distribution, intelligent humidity control and eight filament outlets, it is ideal for print farms, multi-color printing, multi-material workflows and multiple printers. The SUNLU FilaDryer S4 is a large-format filament dryer for users running multiple materials, colors or printers in parallel. Instead of drying individual spools one after another, up to four 1 kg spools can be prepared at the same time and fed directly from the drying box during printing. This saves time, reduces material changes and helps process moisture-sensitive filaments cleanly and repeatably.

Multi-spool drying for productive 3D printing setups

The S4 combines a large drying chamber with PTC heating, air circulation and intelligent humidity control. Temperature is distributed evenly inside the chamber, while filaments can be routed through multiple outlets directly to one or more printers. This makes the FilaDryer S4 especially useful for AMS/MMU-style workflows, print farms, prototyping, production jobs and workshops with frequent material changes.

INTELLIGENT HUMIDITY CONTROL

Automatic reheating when humidity rises

The S4 humidity control can be set so the dryer starts automatically when the humidity inside reaches a defined range. This helps prevent already dried filaments from absorbing too much moisture again during longer standby periods or print jobs. It is especially helpful for hygroscopic materials such as TPU, PA, PVA, PETG or PC.
