SUNLU PETG is a tough, water-resistant and versatile PETG filament for functional 3D printed parts, robust models, housings, brackets, accessories and technical everyday applications. It combines practical printability with higher toughness than PLA, good layer adhesion and water and chemical resistance. With 1.75 ±0.02 mm diameter tolerance, 240–260 °C nozzle temperature and 60–70 °C bed temperature, it is suitable for many common FDM/FFF 3D printers. The specific color depends on the selected variant.

SUNLU High Speed Matte PETG is a fast-printing PETG filament with a matte surface finish for strong, durable and visually refined 3D printed parts. It combines PETG-style toughness, good layer adhesion and low warping with optimized flowability for fast print profiles. The material is suitable for functional parts, housings, brackets, prototypes, design models and batch printing. Depending on printer, hotend, nozzle, cooling and slicer profile, very high print speeds are possible; for best results, store the filament dry and dry it before printing if needed.

ABS offers higher heat deflection resistance than PLA, good impact resistance and versatile post-processing by drilling, sanding, cutting and painting. For best results, an enclosed build chamber is recommended to reduce warping and cracking.

It is suitable for housings, brackets, covers, garden parts, jigs, technical prototypes and components that need to withstand sunlight, rain and moderate heat exposure. ASA offers higher heat resistance than PLA, good toughness and better outdoor suitability than ABS. For best results, an enclosed build chamber is recommended to reduce warping and cracking.

SUNLU PVB is a smoothable PVB filament for premium glossy and, depending on the color, transparent 3D printed parts. It prints similarly to PLA and can be polished after printing with alcohol, typically IPA, reducing layer lines and creating smooth surfaces. The material is especially suitable for decorative objects, figurines, vases, lampshades, art pieces, architectural models and presentation models. For best results, PVB should be stored dry and dried before printing if needed.
