Faster TPU printing with flexible properties

Bambu Lab TPU 95A HF is an optimized high-flow TPU for significantly faster flexible 3D prints. It combines the typical elasticity, toughness and impact resistance of TPU with improved material flow and strong layer adhesion. This makes the material ideal for flexible functional parts that need to be durable, bendable and long-lasting.

Important: Print dry and feed externally

TPU 95A HF should be dried before printing and kept as dry as possible during printing. The material is flexible and is not recommended for standard AMS or AMS lite use. For reliable results, feed it from the external spool holder or a suitable dry filament box.

Printing Recommendation

The elasticity of a TPU part strongly depends on wall loops, infill density, part geometry and print orientation. More wall loops and higher infill density reduce elasticity but increase stability. For flexible functional parts, Shore hardness, wall thickness, infill, moisture condition and load requirements should be tested for the specific application.
