The FAIRINO FR5-WML is a powerful collaborative 6-axis robotic arm designed for applications requiring a large reach and comparatively low payload. It combines an attractive cost-performance ratio with flexible deployment options in industrial automation.
With a payload capacity of 5 kg, a reach of 1,900 mm, and a repeatability of ±0.1 mm, the FR5-WML is particularly suited for welding, pick & place, and handling processes that require a large working area.
Programming is carried out through an intuitive web interface. For more complex tasks, additional programming interfaces and languages such as Python, C#, and C++ are available. Thanks to industrial communication interfaces, the cobot can be flexibly integrated into existing automation systems.

Large Working Area for Versatile Applications
The FAIRINO FR5-WML is designed for automation tasks that require a large working area. With its reach of 1,900 mm, it can access widely spaced positions, making it suitable for large-area workspaces, welding applications, and flexible handling processes.
The payload capacity is 5 kg with a maximum rated load of 7 kg. The repeatability of ±0.1 mm enables reproducible movements for numerous industrial applications.
Extended Motion Range for Welding Applications
The sixth axis of the FR5-WML offers a motion range from +360° to −360°. This freedom of movement particularly facilitates the processing of pipes and other round workpieces, for example in welding applications where the robot must follow the contour of the workpiece.
Easy Programming and Industrial Integration
The cobot can be programmed through an intuitive web interface. For more complex automation tasks, developers can use Python, C#, and C++. The FR5-WML can be integrated into different automation environments via interfaces such as TCP/IP, Modbus TCP/RTU, Profinet, and Ethernet/IP. Additional supported interfaces include CC-Link and EtherCAT (announced).
