Xioneer VXL 111 is a soluble high-performance support material for demanding multi-material FFF/FDM printing. It provides strong adhesion to engineering filaments such as ABS, ASA, PA, PC, PEEK or PEKK, is less moisture-sensitive than conventional water-soluble support materials and is dissolved using Xioneer VXL EX or VXL solve in a mild alkaline solution.

Xioneer VXL 111 Support Material

Soluble high-performance support material for demanding FFF prints, offering strong adhesion to engineering model materials and reliable processing in heated build chambers.

Soluble support for complex engineering parts

Xioneer VXL 111 was specifically developed as a soluble support material for Fused Filament Fabrication. It is designed for 3D printers capable of processing multiple materials and enables clean support structures for complex geometries, overhangs and hard-to-reach areas. Thanks to its strong adhesion to engineering model materials, VXL 111 is especially suitable for demanding applications with ABS, ASA, PA, PC, PPS, PAEK, PEEK or PEKK.

Important: Not soluble in pure water

VXL 111 is not a conventional PVA, PVOH or BVOH support material. It is less moisture-sensitive and is dissolved using Xioneer VXL EX or VXL solve in a mild alkaline solution.

Printing and Dissolving Recommendation

Store VXL 111 dry and airtight to avoid unnecessary moisture absorption. For complete support removal, use only Xioneer VXL EX or VXL solve. Dissolving is most efficient in a heated and stirred bath from approx. 65 °C. Always follow the instructions for the washing substances and observe local disposal regulations.
